Whether you’re holding interviews, meeting with investors, or just need somewhere more private for a business conversation, our meeting rooms are available to book from one hour up to a full day, 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
You need to be a Smithfield Works member in order to book online. If you’re not a member already, it’s quick and easy to sign up. If you’re already logged in, you can book instantly using the forms below.

For members using our co-working space, we recognise that there are some calls you’d rather take in private.
We have a number of booths available for those conversations where you need a little bit of space.
No need to book, just pop into a free room whenever you need.
4-6 Person Meeting Rooms
Need somewhere private to meet a client, collaborate with your team, or discuss the next steps in your business?
Our 4-6 person meeting rooms are ideal, with comfortable furniture and fully equipped AV facilities.
Please note the 6 person meeting room is located in our 2 Smithfield building.
12 Person Board Room
Whether you’re pitching for new work, giving a full company update, or bringing your investors on the journey with you, our board room is a professional environment for you to represent your company.
With space for 12 people, plus phone and video conferencing facilities, all it needs is your next big idea.
