Here’s what to do: 

1. Check your email. We’ve sent you the gate code.
   If this is the first time you’ve done this, make sure you add us to your contacts.
2. Pick up your key 
   Visit the front-desk at Smithfield Works and you can pick up the key for your storage locker.
   Check your email for your unique reservation code.
3. Lock up your bike (You’ll need the gate-code)
   Head on over to Smithfield Multi Storey car park on Cambridge Street. The gate-code will let you in through the side entrance. For safety reasons, please don’t use the entrance meant for cars. We recommend using your own lock while the bike is in the locker just to be extra safe.
